I love the center ring and how easy this is to clean! Other collars always had a funky smell after getting wet once so I’m all for water proof. Let’s see if this holds up to the rest of time and wild pups—so far so good!
We have high hopes that collar out performs the other orange look alike collars that we have used for several years now. This collar is vinyl coated and very pliable – almost soft feeling. The other vinyl collars that we have used end up getting very stiff over time. We prefer this center pull ring type collar as it pulls straight back when we leash walk our dogs for great control. This collar was easy to trim to the desired length and easy to smooth the trimmed ends with a flap sanding disk. 3 stars right now for durability since we just got them and time will tell.
I ordered this for a growing puppy. At first I was worried it was too heavy, but doesn’t seem to be a problem. It is heavier than a lot of collars, but it has held up really well. Going to order one for my other dog when his current one wears out.
